We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with our services after your first paid week. To request a refund, please contact our support team via email. Refunds after the 7-day period are processed on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated.
Students are expected to maintain proper Adab (etiquette) during live sessions. This includes being punctual, having a working camera and microphone, dressing modestly, and speaking respectfully to the teacher. Disruptive behavior may result in suspension from classes without a refund.
We use secure servers and encryption to protect all transmitted data. Live classes may be recorded strictly for quality assurance and teacher training purposes only; these recordings are stored securely and are never published publicly.
